Newcomer Packet

This packet includes one copy each of the following publications: Topeka Lifestyles/Profile, Topeka Map, Apartment Guide, Education in Topeka/ Shawnee County, "You Asked About Topeka", and information about the Topeka Capital-Journal (daily newspaper), the religious community, and housing availability.

A newcomer packet is available upon request to individuals considering a move to Topeka. There is no charge for one copy of this packet when mailed to an out-of-town address or when picked up at the Chamber office.

The Chamber will mail newcomer packets to out-of-town addresses for firms or organizations involved in recruiting people to Topeka. Payment must be arranged in advance. Local firms and individuals are asked to pick packets up from the Chamber office.
