Newcomer Packets

The Greater Topeka Chamber of Commerce sends out nearly 150 Newcomer Packets each month as individuals consider our community as a place to live. The packet is filled with information about the community ranging from an economic profile to school information to offerings by the Topeka and Shawnee County Parks and Recreation Departments.

Chamber member firms are invited to market your products and services in these packets.

You can include your promotional piece (maximum size is 8 1/2" x 11") in the Chamber's newcomer packet by providing the Chamber office with 150 brochures each month. The Chamber will include your piece in all newcomer packets and,...as an added benefit...you'll receive a list of those that requested the packets.

The price varies upon the weight of your mailing piece. Cost formula: 150 pieces x first class postage for your piece. For example: If your piece mails for .39, your cost would be 150 x .39, or $58.50.
Note: cost may be adjusted based on postal rates.
