Kansas Judicial Center and Fountain of Justice

A thirty-foot sculpture of Justice by Bernard Frazier can be found in the Kansas Judicial Center, located directly south of the Capitol. Constructed of native Kansas limestone, the center is open 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Fountains of Justice, which face the Capitol, symbolize the three branches of government and the seven Supreme Court Justices.  Group tours for 10 or more people are available with advance notice. Group tours can be scheduled for 9, 10, or 11 a.m. and 1, 2, or 3 p.m, by calling 785-296-2022. Walk-ins are welcome and generally can join a scheduled tour.
