Hi-Crest Mini Mall at 300 SE 29th Street, accommodates up to six tenants, depending on their space needs. Retail spaces can range from 360 to 1,500 square feet. Among the first tenants are a photography studio and a shop with clothing and accessories for religious and special occasions, including Quinceaneras and baptisms.

The Hi-Crest Mini Mall has two tenants:

Portraits by Cheri, specializing in senior high school, children's, and family photography; owned by Cheri Phillips.

Fiesta Boutique, featuring clothing and accessories for religious and special occasions, including Quinceaneras, weddings, First Communions, and Baptisms; owned by Sonia DeLa Torre Aponte.

Retail business incubators like Hi-Crest Mini Mall nurture the development of entrepreneurial companies, providing on-site assistance before the businesses "go out on their own."
